I was excited for a nice and peaceful stay, but to my disappointment, the evening was filled with slamming doors and loud talking until the early morning hours, along with disruptive housekeeping noise starting at 7 am. The rooms were excellent, and the car parking facilities were convenient, but lacking air conditioning and with minor maintenance issues. The location just outside Bognor was ideal for us, with good restaurant options available at reasonable prices.

The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with well-equipped amenities like alarm cords and grab bars in the bath. Despite facing the carpark at ground level, there was minimal noise. The big bathroom with a heated towel rail and ample toiletries added to the comfort. However, the dining experience lacked warmth and hot food was served cold, leaving much to be desired.

I stayed at this hotel in Bognor for a family wedding. The rooms, although clean and spacious after being refurbished, could use better mattresses. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of hot water. The location was convenient for access to Chichester and the surrounding area, but quite remote with only a pub nearby. The dining experience in the pub next door was subpar, lacking variety despite advertising local products.
